- We delete information from our system in case of wish expressed by user (referrer)or referred person. We also delete the information if it is irrelevant to Realty Services

Referred individuals have the right to opt-out of receiving further communications from us at any time. They can do this by contacting us directly.

7. Disclaimer

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients by taking utmost precaution in safeguarding clients data and information that we generate for our fare communication with our clients. However we have no control or competency over the hackers illicit activity. Referrers and users shall log-in to our app only if they find our app safe and not leak the log-in code that will be sent to the users for log-in. Users are advised to log-off every time before leaving the app. In no case the AMARA REALTY will be liable for punitive action if any for the leakage of data due to illicit activity.
